Group Requirement (समूह नियम): To ensure seamless logistics, security, and group coordination, a minimum of 50 devotees per batch is required. (यात्रा के सुचारू प्रबंधन और सुरक्षा के लिए हर बैच में कम से कम 50 श्रद्धालुओं का समूह होना अनिवार्य है।)
Daily Schedule & Local Transit (दैनिक यात्रा समय सारणी)
- Parikrama Hours: Every day strictly from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (प्रतिदिन सुबह 7:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक।)
- Daily Local Transit: Every evening at 6:00 PM, where the daily parikrama halts, our vehicles will drop you back to the Dharamshala and pick you up the next morning at 7:00 AM to resume the journey. (प्रतिदिन शाम 6:00 बजे जहां परिक्रमा विश्राम लेगी, वहां से हमारी गाड़ियों द्वारा आपको धर्मशाला लाया जाएगा और अगली सुबह 7:00 बजे वापस उसी स्थान पर छोड़ दिया जाएगा।)

Option 1: Walk Package (पैदल परिक्रमा)
- Duration (अवधि): 12 Days (No extra charge if 1 buffer day is required / 1 दिन एक्स्ट्रा होने पर कोई शुल्क नहीं)
- Timing (समय): 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Daily
- Fixed Cost (कुल शुल्क): ₹40,000/- per person (Total)

- Stay: Clean and hygienic Dharamshala accommodation (स्वच्छ धर्मशाला में स्टे)।

- Guide: Local guide assistance for major temples and historic kunds (गाइड सपोर्ट)।

Important Exclusions & Guidelines (आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश)
- Travel to Braj (आगमन): Expenses for traveling from your home city to Mathura/Vrindavan and returning after the Yatra are borne by the pilgrim (अपने शहर से मथुरा/वृंदावन आने-जाने का खर्च स्वयं यात्री का होगा)।
- Rituals & Charity (पूजा एवं दान): The cost of puja materials at holy kunds, silver coin offerings (Cheek), or temple donations are completely voluntary (कुंडों में चढ़ाई जाने वाली सामग्री, चांदी की चीक, या मंदिरों में दान-दक्षिणा आपकी श्रद्धा पर निर्भर है)।
- Personal Expenses (व्यक्तिगत खर्च): VIP temple tickets, Yamuna Ji boat rides, local e-rickshaws, or room/hotel upgrades are not included (विशेष दर्शन टिकट, नौका विहार, ई-रिक्शा या पर्सनल रूम अपग्रेड का खर्च शामिल नहीं है)।
Secure Booking & Refund Policy (सुरक्षित बुकिंग एवं रिफंड नीति)
- Advance Booking Amount: A 50% Advance Payment (₹20,000/-) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid before the Yatra begins. (सीट सुरक्षित करने के लिए 50% एडवांस (₹20,000/-) जमा करना अनिवार्य है।)
- Payment Process: After submitting the form below, our team will connect with you via your verified WhatsApp number to share our official QR code for payment. (फॉर्म भरने के बाद हमारी टीम आपके WhatsApp पर संपर्क करके ऑफिशियल QR Code साझा करेगी।)
Cancellation & Refund Policy (रिफंड नियम):
- Cancellation by Pilgrim (यात्री द्वारा रद्द करने पर): If a devotee cancels after booking, the advance amount is non-refundable as accommodations and vehicles are pre-booked. (यात्रा तय होने के बाद रद्द करने पर एडवांस रिफंड नहीं होगा।)
- Cancellation by BrajVerse (BrajVerse द्वारा रद्द करने पर): If the minimum group of 50 devotees is not filled or the schedule changes from our end, your 100% advance payment will be instantly refunded. (न्यूनतम 50 यात्रियों का समूह पूरा न होने पर आपका 100% एडवांस तुरंत रिफंड कर दिया जाएगा।)
