• Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a confirmed booking until payment and confirmation communication (via WhatsApp/email) is completed.
• Group-based events may be subject to a minimum participant requirement, as specified on the relevant event page; if this minimum is not met, we will communicate any change and process refunds as per that event's stated policy.

6. Payments

Advance and balance payments for any event are collected through the payment method communicated to you after registration (currently via WhatsApp-shared payment details). We do not store your payment/card information on this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrajVerse and RS Nexovate Technology act as organizers/facilitators of pilgrimage logistics (accommodation, transport, meals, and guidance). While we take reasonable care in selecting our logistics partners, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in a pilgrimage, except where directly caused by our proven negligence
• Delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, government restrictions, force majeure)

Participants are advised to carry personal medical essentials and are responsible for their own health assessment before joining any walking pilgrimage.
